金色的陽光,洒滿一日的初食能量,從前只緣冬去春来這一味,而今台灣一年四季皆可食用,它,更在民國70年代的菇類歷史上,為「土地上的白鑽」,開啟了新頁。將歷史萃煉出的果實融入現今乾燥技術,鎖住美味而製成限定禮盒,長長的禮盒也象徵著歷史至今的一頁。
霧起峰生-土地、人文,所孕育出的結晶。從種植到採收,最終鎖住美味、保存美味,讓其他城市的人們吃到霧峰的驕傲;包裝上質樸的菇類插畫,一筆一畫細細的繪出菇的紋路,去感受它的生產履歷,我們希望用這樣溫柔的表現方式,與產品融合,最終把最好的送給你。
崛日初食-這天我們決定比菇更早起。我們抵達時天還未亮,數十隻菇寮的守衛,遙遙地向我們問安,廣場上慢慢發酵的草堆,隨著菇寮鍋爐的水蒸氣、裊裊升起,和天上的雲霧連成一氣,晨光的變化,我們見證台灣最美的小鎮這一日的開始。
Golden sunlight, sprinkling the initial energy of the day, used to be a flavor only associated with the transition from winter to spring. Nowadays, in Taiwan, it can be enjoyed throughout all four seasons. In the 1970s, it played a significant role in the history of mushrooms, often referred to as the "diamond of the land," opening a new chapter. The fruits of history have been refined and integrated into today's drying technology, preserving the deliciousness in limited edition gift boxes. The long box symbolizes a page turned in the history.Born in Wufeng Mist -A crystallization nurtured by the land and culture. From cultivation to harvest, it locks in the flavor and preserves it, allowing people in other cities to taste the pride of Wufeng. The simple mushroom illustrations on the packaging meticulously depict the mushroom's patterns, letting you feel its production history. We hope to blend this gentle presentation with the product and ultimately deliver the best to you.First Bite of the Day -On this day, we decided to rise even earlier than the mushrooms. When we arrived, it was still dark, and the guardians of dozens of mushroom sheds greeted us from afar. The slowly fermenting piles of grass in the square rose with the steam from the mushroom shed's furnace, blending with the clouds and mist in the sky. We witnessed the beginning of a day in the most beautiful town in Taiwan with the changing morning light.
